Reschedule your appointment if:
- You have had any viral symptoms such as fever, coughing, or shortness of breath in the past 2 weeks.
- You have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
- You have had contact with anyone suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 within the past 2 weeks.
- You have had recent international travel or domestic travel to areas of surging viral cases within the past 14 days.
Halcyon Dermatology has taken meticulous measures to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Some of these measures include limiting exposure to other patients by rooming patients upon arrival directly into a private exam room, sanitizing of rooms with hospital grade EPA recommended cleansers before and after patient encounters and frequently throughout the day, frequent hand washing, publicly available hand sanitizer, mask wearing of all staff, limiting face-to-face contact for patient check-in and check-out, and daily employee health and temperature checks. Exposure guards have been installed throughout the office, as well as HEPA/UVC air filtration.

All patients requesting cosmetic services must complete a screening questionnaire and an updated consent form. If you have recent COVID-19 exposure risk, your procedure may be postponed until a period of 14 days or until it is safe to move forward with the planned care.
